Perceiving, understanding and shaping group processes
WHO or WHAT is still in charge here?
On the way to a working group, conscious and unconscious dynamics develop between the participants and with the leadership. Perceiving, reflecting and interpreting these group processes is a prerequisite for being able to promote and support a group as a leader according to its tasks and its respective psychosocial competence.
The more lively such processes are and the more satisfied the individual participants are, the more successful the group, the team, the committee will be able to work on the subject level.
The following knowledge is helpful in this respect:
- Dealing with disturbances,
- Group phases
- Role assumption and their function in groups,
- Function of the leader
The aim of the seminar is to deal constructively with such unforeseeable events and to use them as an opportunity for the further development of individuals and the group.
Our current group situation and the concerns of the participants will be our field of practice in the seminar.
