Leadership with TCI

TCI is THE concept for leadership and management. This is ensured, among other things, by the equal attentiveness to

• the individual persons
• the dynamics of togetherness
• the concern and the goal of the process
• the structures and the context.

The concept of participative leadership is a unique opportunity to develop a style of leadership that is at the same time appropriate and attentive.

The leadership concept of TCI can be experienced, learned, practised and appropriated in TCI-training. It is also a good tool for self-leadership.
