I advise, train and coach specialists and executives and support companies / institutions / teams in development and change processes. I work as a moderator of meetings, offsites, conferences and events and train moderators. As a Germanist and speech scientist (DGSS), I am the author of various books on special questions of communication. In coaching, my focus is on language & challenging speaking and conversation situations (appearance, interview, crisis communication, conflict, etc.). As a certified self-defense and self-assertion trainer (German karate association), I work on a voluntary basis with preschool children, girls and women.
