Supervision group
In this supervision, we reflect on your cases. Perhaps they concern your own actions at work, the transfer of TCI to other contexts, role conflicts, biographical breaks, world references, group dynamics – or the gap between lived practice and utopian ideals.
-
Transposing – TCI in unfamiliar territory
TCI is not learned for art's sake, but for life: in departmental meetings, in project meetings, in research colloquiums, in peace groups, in kindergartens, in individual counseling. These Globes did not wait for TCI, and it does not always work to transfer what seemed coherent in the course to one's own working environment.
Perhaps you would like to explore in supervision what aspects of TCI can be translated into a different regime – with all the friction, dissonance, and creative adjustments that this entails. -
Transforming – personality development through TCI
TCI not only changes the methodological repertoire, but also the person themselves – how they speak, what they see, how they lead and present themselves. This transformation can cause irritation, resistance, and ruptures – both externally and internally.
Perhaps questions such as the following are important to you: What happens to me when I start acting according to TCI? How does my position at work change when I communicate differently? -
Mirroring – training as an existential process
The third point is related to the second. This is about the existential experience, perhaps even the turning point, that TCI training can represent. Or about the hopes that someone associates with training, which may be disappointed.
What effects does the training have on my biography? I see myself in the mirror of the training: Am I the person I recognize there? -
Balancing – professional role, ideal and reality
The classic supervision level: conflicts, role pressure, questions of meaning, excessive demands, powerlessness, longing for impact and dignity. This is about the relationship between the person and their work, ideals and everyday life. How much space do I give to my work – and where do I fit in? -
Embedding – your own actions in the wider world
Here, the horizon opens up beyond the professional sphere. Social, political, spiritual, and ecological areas of tension come into relation with one's own practice. This dimension asks about resonance and responsibility in world affairs. How am I, as a professional, part of a larger whole, and what does this whole trigger in me? -
Intertwining – Supervision as interaction
The WE of the supervision group can also become the focus of our attention – not as a means, but as a source of insight. We can ask ourselves: What emerges between us that no one can produce alone? -
Demystifying – TCI as a concrete utopia
TCI is also a concrete utopia: “This is how humane our interactions can be – at work, at home, in my church, political, or cultural organization.” But there is sometimes a gap between the utopian postcard idyll and the real-life TZI practitioners. People are human. Perhaps I will experience disappointments, expose false prophets, or be exposed as one myself. -
...
This list is merely an illustration of what you can discuss in this supervision group. Because one thing is clear: we only work on the cases that you bring in, not on themes set by the facilitators. Cases? That sounds tricky... By case, I mean an excerpt from your practice that you feel is worth reflecting on.
The list is by no means exhaustive; it is merely intended to serve as a starting point for such cases.
