TCI as a compass to hold the line in challenging waters
TCI as compass for my actions – I experience TCI as a guidance in my job and my private life, in challenging situations, in change processes.
Theme-Centered Interaction has been the well-proven concept for integrative work in and with groups for more than 60 years. With its tools it offers a good orientation in private life as well as in the professional realm, for challenges as well as in change processes.
In this workshop we want to use the methodical concept of TCI as compass
to explore and question our own possibilities and limitations in dealing with challenging situations
to perceive our own patterns of reactions and try new ways of dealing with challenges
to learn from each other and experience living learning together
