This will be an international course! Together we take responsibility to really understand each other. The better you know your body, the easier it is to develop your (personal) leadership and personality. It is a course for leaders, coaches and supervisors with TCI experience.

Content:
How can you, when you lead, stand firm, be present and effective, even in challenging situations?
How does your body helps you to make accurate interventions, perceive resonance, and stay connected with yourself and the others?

In this course we offer you Embodiment theory from various perspectives and body-oriented techniques and methods to intensify holistic, lively learning. We integrate it with the TCI leadership-concept with a special focus on the axioms and postulates.

Knowledge alone is not enough. Lively and effective leadership begins with the awareness of your body. It is an anchor for conscious presence and gives you ongoing internal feedback about it.
Your attentive way of being present - Embodied Presence - has great impact on the learning ability of your team / your group-members. Therefore it is important to encourage Embodied Presence among your participants. First and foremost by setting a good example yourself. Embodied Presence makes you open and alert at all the times so that you can perceive what is happening with clarity. That quality is a physical experience.
