In today's agile and fast-paced world of work, there is often no time to pause, change perspectives and get feedback from colleagues. A high level of perfectionism
and pressure to perform can lead to excessive demands and burnout, and the chairperson may lose sight of the chairperson.
The seminar uses creative methods from art and Gestalt therapy to create more choices in one's own work, so that self-determined action is possible.
With the help of TCI and on the basis of case studies from personal practice, it is possible to research, reflect and experiment together. New possibilities can be
found to enable stress-free and enjoyable work. Attention is given to impulses and inspiration to enable intuitive action.
Between the two weekends it is possible to try out what you have learned, to gain experience and to reflect on what you have achieved. The group is used to
provide a learning field for a deeper understanding of one's own work with TCI.
Contents of the seminar:
- reflect on one's own professional actions
- use the four-factor model as a radar for supervision
- getting to know different formats and methods of supervision
- Illuminating the chairperson in the context of supervision
- Joy of experimenting
The seminar takes place on two weekends and corresponds to a 5-day seminar with 18 units. Both seminars can only be booked as a package.
