We will experience the power of language and words, try them out, trace their effect and reflect on them critically. And we will deal with our own language and our language habits.
Words have so many effects: they comfort and they hurt; they clarify and they confuse; they encourage; they inform, they entertain, they obscure, they seduce and they evaluate. Language creates reality. It determines our perceptions and influences our thinking.
In this course we will experience the power of language and words, try them out, trace their effect and reflect on them critically. And we will deal with our own language and our language habits.
