As groupmembers we communicate very much non-verbally and our visual sense is essential. In this TCI seminar we want to explore “our personal (point of) views” on the cognitive, emotional and physical level.

Glances can touch deeply. They can warm and build trust, but they can also exclude and ""kill"". How we were seen by our primary caregivers in childhood shapes our self-esteem and our view of others in later life.

In this TCI seminar we want to explore “our personal ways of seeing” on the cognitive, emotional and physical level.

  • What do I see? What do I not notice?
  • What eyes do I see myself with?
  • How do I see you and us?
  • What connections are there between our gaze and interactional patterns?
  • How does this view affect my behavior?

The aim is to sharpen your perception and thus expand your contact options. One's own special abilities to perceive should be promoted and hindering perspectives recognized and changed.

In this seminar, we didactically combine TCI elements with approaches from Concentrative Movement Therapie (CMT). This method focuses on movement and body awareness as a source of self-knowledge. With this concepts in conjunction, we will enable you to expand your repertoire in leading seminars, teams, committees, etc.
