The training course in the stabe group leads to the certificate “Basic Training in TCI”.
Over a period of two years, 30 group days are spent teaching the basics of group processes and leadership tasks and promoting the further development of personal and social potential (5x usually 5 days in the fixed training group, and 5 days in a group of one's own choice, P-course).
A Decision-making workshop is held before the start of the basic training. It offers the opportunity to make a decision regarding participation in the stable training course in a dialogical process and to start knowing each other. At the end of this weekend, the binding registration for the training takes place through a contract which is concluded between the training management and the individual participants.

Decision-making workshop (DMWS- weekend): Insight - Overview - Decision, 08.10.-10.10. 2021, 16.00-13.00
1st personality course: I am not a blank slate - my personality and its development, 12.01.-16.01. 2022, 16.00-13.00
1st method course: attitude and method belong together - leading with TCI, 18.05.-22.05.2022, 16.00-13.00
2nd personality course: I am my own tool - personality and leadership, 29.09.-03.10. 2022, 16.00-13.00
2nd method course: The path of a group - including stumbling blocks, 10.05.-14.05. 2023, 16.00-13.00
3rd method course + Certificate Workshop: At the end – I take stock of the training! 04.10.-08.10. 2023, 16.00-13.00
Course fees:
The course costs (see below) for participants in training cover only the expenses for the members of the management team, who work without remuneration, as well as other costs of the offer.
A price will be agreed with those who already earn money, which will be included in the contract. People with a migration background are particularly welcome.
