I lead and guide with values and attitude and I am my most important "instrument"?

P - personality course Berlin
Seminareinheiten: 18
language:

How are values and attitudes helping me to shape my leadership and management tasks in a process- and result-oriented way?

In our lifetime we come into contact with very different values and attitudes: mindfulness, decency, authenticity, modesty, gratitude, empathy, patience, justice, consequence, courage, participation, optimism, fun, wisdom, willpower, reason...

Which values help us-

  • as characteristics
  • in our behaviour
  • in specific situations

How ""plural"" must / can values be today? And how ""relative""?
Do we need newer values today such as ""sustainability"", ""social responsibility"", ""civic duty""?
For TCI it is clear that the material value orientation must not be separated from an ethical one, if society is to receive a humane orientation.

As a leader and manager, one of my most important tasks is to live and convey values.

After the course

  • you have ""explored"" how you have acquired and developed your values and attitudes
  • you have taken steps to clarify how your value system is composed today and what conflicts arise in the process
  • we have collected ideas together on how to lead and be led by values.
  • you got to know the basic ideas of TCI.
