The TCI-theme as your co-leader

How do you, as the leader of a group or team, get on the agenda what is really the point now? Are you able to stimulate participants in such a way that they take an active contribution, even on difficult issues? The TCI theme helps with this. The theme challenges group members to take development steps and to overcome obstacles, both in terms of the task that needs to be done and their own leadership that needs to be taken up. Working with the TCI theme enables to deal with mutual differences and promotes constructive cooperation. In order to identify themes, it is important for the (future) leader to sharpen his or her perception and to be able to assess the development phase and the learning capacity of individuals and groups.

Goal
Increasing the ability to choose, formulate and introduce themes.
Awareness of the conditions for working effectively with themes.

Target group
This course is intended for people who lead teams or groups and want to learn to work with the TCI theme as an intervention option.

The seminar can also be credited as advanced seminar A2.
