Whether at work, in volunteer work or in our free time, we very often have to deal with groups working on something together or working towards something. All of these groups need leadership that enables individuals to get involved without losing sight of the goal. Regardless of whether there is a fixed agenda or just an open question, and also regardless of whether the mood is relaxed or tense: Group leadership means converting the various approaches and concerns into a form of work that addresses the common topic and serves the goal.
This workshop is about
- reflecting on and questioning one's own leadership experience
- getting to know / deepen the methodical knowledge and tools of the topic-centered interaction for group leadership and to use them for your own work in groups.
This enables you to expand your own wealth of experience and to get new ideas and suggestions for lively work in and with groups.
