What's important now? - The complexity of learning, living and working situations has to be watched constantly. Decisions have to be made on the basis of situational assessments inbetween conflicting poles.

We often feel that the demands of our lives are too much - in terms of tasks, deadlines, expectations ...

We react quickly with overload, withdrawal and/or over-commitment and feel that it cannot be done in the long run.

We need vigilant care in dealing with ourselves, compassion for those with whom we are dealing and effectiveness in completing the tasks. That sounds like squaring the circle. The idea of dynamic balancing leads us to perceive the complexity of learning, living and working situations, to evaluate them, to make decisions and to perceive their effects again.

The hypothesis is: the clearer my understanding of the conflicting poles becomes, the more effective my actions can be and I can calm down.

We will deal with this complex field of tension. The TCI concept assumes polarities as basic conditions of life. The in-depth examination of the concept of TCI is complemented by theoretical and practical elements of the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®), communication psychology and methods of stress regulation.

The seminar has two three-day modules, each with its own focus. Self-study units between the modules complement the process in the group. Together they make up an A1 (18 working units) and half an A2 course (9 working units).

Dates:
Module 1: 16.09. bis 18.09.2021
Module 2: 21.10. bis 23.10.2021

The seminar can also be credited as advanced seminar A2.
